Your acceptance of our privacy policy

When you use and interact with our various services, you also accept this privacy policy. Active acceptance is required in most cases.

When we collect data, it is done for the following purposes:

Processing orders Information about goods, address and the like is necessary to process an order.
Statistics and analysis In order to improve our service and experience, we collect statistics about how our services are used.

Name and delivery address Used to process and ship your order.
Email address Used for communication and dialogue.
Telephone number Used by the shipping company in case they need to get in touch with you to deliver an order.

We only use your personal data in accordance with the above guidelines. Your information will be stored for 5 years, after which it will be deleted.

In order to provide the best possible service and to operate our business, we use various third-party data processors.

Our overall website and shop system is based on Shopify.

Mailchimp is used for email marketing and dialogue.

Google Analytics is used to collect statistics.

We have a Facebook Pixel implementation on the site, which if you have a Facebook profile - and have accepted this - shares your contact and order details with Facebook. We also use this for targeted advertising on Facebook.

We use Ønskeskyen ( https://onskeskyen.dk/ ) as a partner. In this connection, both customer and order data are transferred according to the specifications above.

Data transfer

Data and information transferred to Studio Feder - and associated third-party data processors - will not be passed on or sold to other parties.
Likewise, we do not store any sensitive personal data.

Insight and options for complaints

The person responsible for personal data (data protection officer) at Studio Feder Group ApS is Sascha Feder.

You have the right to access the data we have on you at any time, and also to request that it be deleted.

These rules apply in accordance with the rules issued by Danish data protection legislation and any inquiries in this regard can be directed to Studio Feder via email info@studiofeder.dk.

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions. If we make significant changes, we will notify you of this on the website.
